Crockin' Curry Chicken

4 chicken breasts, frozen or thawed
Chopped celery, carrots, zucchini, bell pepper
3 chopped tomatoes 
1 chopped yellow onion
1 can light coconut milk 
1 cup chicken broth
2 Tbsp curry powder (your preference)
1 Tbsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp turmeric

Cook on low for about 6 hours. Great with steamed rice.
