Chicken tortilla soup...

2-3 individually frozen chicken breasts
1 sm onion
1 sm bell pepper
2-3 tabs crushed garlic
1 can mexicorn
1can organic black beans
1 can green chilie peppers 
1-2 cans old elpaso enchilada sauce
1-2 cans reduced sodium chicken broth
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp Cummin
Combine all ingredients.. Cook on high 4 hrs or on low 6-8
Just before serving remove chicken and shred.
