Crock Pot Tropical Tequila Mango Steak Tacos

2 lb. of beef stew meat
1.5 cups of fresh of frozen mango (I use the frozen kind out of the Walmart freezer section)
1 tablespoon Adobo seasoning
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 orange bell pepper, diced 
1 onion, diced
1 can of rotel, do not drain (you can buy whatever heat you desire)
3 tablespoons, lime juice
1/4 cup tequila (I use silver tequilas when I cook, but you can use gold if you prefer - this ingredient is optional but I think it enhances flavor and the alcohol content cooks out so it is safe for anyone to eat it)
1/2 cup water

Place uncooked meat in crock pot first, cover in Adobo, then veggies, fruit, and rotel. Dump water and tequila over top and cook for 7 hours on low. Shred beef and return to slow cooker for 15 minutes to absorb flavor, then scoop mix into tacos (hard or soft). Serves 6-8 😊
