Spicy Chicken Fajitas: 
2 1/2 lbs of fresh chicken breast sliced in thin strips

1 med onion sliced
1 tbs of garlic powder (more or less to taste)
1 tbs of onion powder (more or less to taste)
2 jalapeños, (seeds removed) quartered
1/2 cup favorite salsa, (I use Pace, HOT)
1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies (any brand)
This is a SLOW cook recipe. Place all items in crockpot, mixed well, cover and slow cook on low for 4-6 hours.
I suggest stirring mixture a couple of times while cooking. The jalapeños maybe removed before serving, or you can chop them up after they are cooked and add back into dish. THIS IS A VERY SPICY HOT DISH!
