Chicken Mish-Mash 

-3 or 4 boneless/skinless chicken breast
-1 can corn
-1 can black beans
-1 can chopped green Chili's
-1 jar salsa (I use Joe T Garcia's mild)

-Put everything in crock pot at the same time on low for 8 hours. Shred chicken right before serving (usually falls right apart on its own!)

-Put Mish Mash in a tortilla and add sour cream, salsa, etc. as desired.
