Just made an easy delicious healthy dinner. 

Buffalo chicken with potatoes 

5 raw chicken drumsticks
3 medium raw potatoes chopped
2/3 cup franks hot sauce
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 
2 tbsp white vinegar

Perfect for 2-3 people. High for 4 hours or low for 8 hours. Only prep is chopping potatoes.
