Pork roast & sweet & sauerkraut
Pork roast (I like to use bone in for more flavor)
1pkg of sauerkraut drained
Mix brown sugar (to taste)
Apple sauce
A dash of black pepper
Mix the brown sugar & apple sauce in with the kraut in the crock pot. I usually make it sweet & sauerkraut...more apple sauce than brown sugar
Put the roast on top of the kraut & season roast to your liking
Crock pot on low for 6-8 hours...then enjoy
