Shredded Beef

Serves 3

1/3 chuck roast, fat trimmed
1 cup Salsa

Combine salsa and chuck roast in a crock pot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Remove chuck roast from crock pot and shred by inserting two forks into roast and pulling them apart, repeating until entire roast is shredded. Toss the roast with a few teaspoons of the salsa from the crockpot until evenly coated. Top a tortilla, brown rice, etc with shredded beef and desired toppings. Enjoy!
