Thank you Jessica Bicking!

-2 lbs chuck roast
-1 small/medium onion, chopped
-1 bulb of garlic, crushed
-2 celery stalks, finely chopped
-1 pint sliced mushrooms, washed
-1 bag of baby carrots
-2 or 3 small cubed potatoes (peeled if you'd rather)
-1 can cream of mushroom soup
-1 can cream of celery soup

Set your Slow cooker to the 8-10 hour low setting

From the bottom:
Add onion, garlic, celery, mushrooms, carrots, and potatoes

In a deep mixing bowl add cream of mushroom and cream of celery soups. Add one can of milk and mix together until creamy. Add pepper, garlic powder, or season to your taste.
Pour half of the soup mixture over the vegetables and stir well.
Place the roast on top and pour the rest of the soup mixture over it.
Put the lid on your Slow Cooker and when the meat falls apart after cooking on low for 8-10 hours Enjoy!
