Buffalo Chicken Soup

1 tbl oil
1 large onion chopped
3 stalks celery diced
2-3 cups cooked chicken breast diced
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
1 cup chicken broth
2 cups milk
1 tsp galic powder
1 cup bottled buffalo wing sauce
4 oz shredded cheddar

Heat oil and saute onions and clery. Place in crock. melt butter and add flour and stir until foamy and golden. Add to crock. Add in broth and milk to crock.. then add garlic and wing sauce (salt if you want too) and stir well.

Cook Low for 6-8 hours or High for 3-4 hours.

Add cheese 20 minutes before done.
