SPICY PEANUT CHICKEN!! THIS IS TRULY DELICIOUS AND A HUGE CROWD FAVORITE!! Adjust heat with the amount of extra added green chilies.

8 large chicken thighs browned in olive oil.
1 large onion sauteed in same pan.
2 cans of tomatoes with green chilies.
1 extra small can of gr. chilies if you want it spicier!!
1 can undrained crushed tomatoes.
2 tablespoons honey.
2 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup peanut butter.
Prepared cous cous.
Brown chicken and Saute onion. Mix tomatoes, chilies, honey, cumin, cinnamon in the crockpot. Add browned chicken and onions, cover with mixture. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours. Add peanut butter 20 minutes before serving. Serve with prepared cous cous. This can also be done with chicken breasts but better with thighs. Can be done and simmered on the stovetop for 2 hours too. OMG this is DELISH and totally addictive!!!
