Thank you Chelsea Musser!
1/2 lbs stew meat- cut into small pieces
8-9 carrots (bagged baby carrots)
2 medium onions- quartered 
1/2 green pepper- 1 in strips
5 medium potatoes- peeled and quartered 
1 tbsp kitchen bouquet (or liquid smoke)
1 can cut green beans
1 large can diced tomatoes (juice reserved)
1/4 c. Tapioca (optional)
3 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp basil
1 1/3 Tbsp salt
1 c. Juice from tomatoes
1/2 c. Water

Place raw meat in bottom of crockpot, layer raw vegetables in order listed above, along with tomatoes. Mix dry ingredients, add tomato juice, kitchen bouquet, and water, stir. Add green beans to crock then pour mixture over top. Cover & cook on high 3.5-4 hours or low 8-9 hours. DO NOT OPEN CROCKPOT! It really does change the flavor!
