Items that you will need~
Polystyrene stars of all sizes
red, white and blue paint
Glue to brush on
Red, iridescent white and blue glitter
paint brush
Instructions~
First paint each of the star sections a different color. No two same colors touch each other. Once the paint is dry brush paint onto each individual color (blue first, then red, then white, or which ever order you want to go in). Shake the glitter over the glue. Set aside to dry. Once it is dry, insert a hook into the top of the star and use a ribbon to hang it up.
