4 Chicken Breast, Boned and Skinned
4 Slices Swiss Cheese
1 Can Cream of Chicken soup
1 Can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 Cup Chicken Broth
1/4 Cup Milk
2 Cups of dry  Stuffing Mix
1/2 Cup Melted butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place chicken breasts in crock pot. Pour chicken broth over chicken breasts. Put one slice of Swiss cheese on each breast. Combine both cans of soup and milk. Cover chicken breasts with soup mixture. Sprinkle stuffing mix over all. Drizzle melted butter on top. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

  1. Thanks for the recipe. I made it for dinner tonight. Your ingredients list calls for a cup of chicken broth, but the recipe doesn't mention when to add it. I just mixed it with the cream o' soups and milk. But the final product is soupier than I expected and I'm thinking I'll try omitting it next time. Otherwise it's quite tasty! So thanks again.

  2. Update... I noticed that the recipe says where to add the chicken broth. I don't know whether you added it or I just missed it before (wouldn't be the first time!). However, I've made it a couple times since the original post without the broth and it's perfect for us. Thanks again for a VERY TASTY recipe!
