1 can (15oz) can solid pack pumpkin
1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup  pancake mix
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
2 eggs, beaten
2 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

In a large bowl, combine the ingredients and mix.Spray crock pot with nonstick cooking spray. Transfer to crock pot.  Cover and cook on low for 3 to  4 hours. Serve warm with ice cream.
