INGREDIENTS
4-5 red potatoes cut into bite size pieces
4 carrots cut also into bite size pieces
1 marinated pork loin roast (3-4 lbs)
1/2 cup water
1 package ( 10 ounces) frozen baby peas
salt and pepper to taste
Place potatoes,carrots and pork roast in crock pot
add water cover
cook on low 6-8 hours or until vegetables are tender
Add peas during the last hour of cooking.
Makes 6 servings
