Butter lemon Fish

1.5 lbs of frozen fish fillets ,thawed or fresh
2 onions sliced
2 lemons sliced
2 tbsp butter,melted
Salt 
4 whole peppercorns
1 bay leaf
1 cup water

Combine onion slices and  lemon in butter with salt,peppercorns, and bay leaf. Pour in crock. Place fillets on top of onion and lemon slices. Add water,cover, and cook on high 3-4 hours.
